uv胶水在PMMA/亚克力板粘接的方法和技巧主要注意两方面的因素，uv胶水本身的适用性和工人粘接的技巧。

     一、uv胶粘接立面/立面是应用最为广泛的应用。首先应将被粘接的材料表面擦拭干净。最好使用靠模固定，使粘接物不晃动，这有利于提高产品粘接的质量。厚度为3mm的亚克力板粘接，可垫入细金属丝，利用毛细作用完成粘接，在uv胶水涂胶后固化前抽出金属丝。或可采用把不须粘到的部位贴上胶带保护，留下涂uv胶水的部位涂上胶，再斜放入亚克力板排出气泡即可。

     二、uv胶平面/平面粘接是一种比较特殊的应用。首先将被粘亚克力板擦拭干净并水平放置，在表面注上适量的uv胶水。将另一块亚克力板的一边斜放接触被涂uv胶的亚克力板上，然后均匀缓慢放下，从一边将气泡排出去，固定好再uv固化。

     三、uv胶斜面/斜面必须依斜面角度做靠模，才能防止被粘面的移位。涂uv胶水应均匀、缓慢，排气泡后uv固化，待完全固化后才能取下靠模。

     四、uv胶对接将两块需对接的亚克力板水平放在操作平台上合拢，并在底部粘一胶带，留下一条不大于0.3mm宽的缝隙以备涂uv胶水。然后用注射器将uv胶水从一边均匀缓慢地从缝隙里注入，直至全部注满，待完全uv固化后揭去胶带去除残胶即可。
