什么是UV三防漆?uv三防胶有什么特点？

UV三防漆是一种单组分UV紫外线光固化的改性丙烯酸酯密封涂料，三防胶水表面的涂层遇到紫外线，可达到瞬间表面固化，固化速度快是一般三防胶无法比的；主要用于PCB电路板、电子元器件、防水器件、电机电器产品、光电产品、玻璃、金属及各种塑料的表面披覆后起保护作用。  具有粘度低、渗透性强、流平性好、固化速度快等特点；固化物韧性好，对大部分材料附着力优良，具有良好的三防及耐温，耐湿，耐老化功能。披覆过后的材料表面具有防潮、绝缘、防尘、防电晕等功能。

UV三防漆与其它种类的三防漆一样，主要作用都是用于保护线路板。不同种类的三防漆，性能与特点也都有一定的区别。

 1. 粘接材料广泛，对各种电路板基材、塑料、玻璃、金属等材料都有极高的附着力；
 2. 表面固化速度快，高功率紫外线灯照射下可迅速达到表面脱粘效果；

 6. 选择荧光效果配方，  固化后用低功率紫外线灯在暗室照射胶层会呈蓝色，具有可检查性。

 7.环境影响固化后的UV三防漆双固化披覆胶对机械冲击、沉积物、潮湿、灰尘、腐蚀气体等都有非常好的耐腐蚀效果。
