（1）被粘材料表面清洁，点胶前材料表面保证清洁干燥。防止油污，雨季的湿气，夏天手汗污染表面。
（2）材料保持一致性。更换被粘材料重新做固化时间和强度测试。
（3）点胶量均匀适中，点胶量以胶层均匀布满粘接面为宜。
（4）排风系统通畅，温度高对材料和粘接层强度都有一定影响。

（5）经常检测UV灯的固化能量，uv灯做到定期更换。UV灯衰减也影响固化时间，固化质量。

（6）如客户有严格要求，固化后按客户的要求自检，合格后出货。
